WE ARE THE CHURCH
The theme of 2025 at Plum Creek is "We Are the Church." This statement is a declaration, a reminder, and a call to action. We're taking bold steps to be the church God has called us to be and to pursue the mission of making disciples of Jesus in our community and around the world. We don’t just go to church. We are the church.
