For the first five weeks of the Strong Challenge complete at least 5 Challenge Cards each week. 


What's a Challenge Card? 

You should have received or picked-up a Strong Challenge Pack by September 6th. The Strong Challenge Cards are the deck of cards inside the Strong Challenge Pack. There are 5 personal challenges (1 challenge per card) and a Family challenge for each of the first 5 weeks of the Strong Challenge.
