Ed Prather has been admitted to ICU for pneumonia. Please pray for Ed to have a speedy recovery.
Dave Curry. Recently retired professor from University of Cincinnati whom I worked with for many years. He has been diagnosed with ALS and it appears to be advancing quickly. He already needs a walker and cannot type anymore. Please also lift his wife, Patty, up in prayer as she navigates the journey as caregiver.
Karen Saporsantos was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and had a hysterectomy. She will be starting chemotherapy. Karen is part of BJ Barth's family.
Joy Bittner - Joy fell several weeks ago at her home and sustained a bad cut to her ear. She required multiple units of blood and had to stay in hospital for a few days. She has been convalescing at home but has required physical therapy and is walking with assistance from walker/cane due to her muscle weakness and loss of some mobility. She also had a medication issue causing swelling in her hands/feet for which she had to see her cardiologist. She is our "face" at the front desk when we arrive at service each week and she is greatly missed.
