Infants and Toddlers

Basic Truth: God made me!

Bottom Line: I can do what God wants me to do.

Preschool

Basic Truth: God made me. 

Key Question: Who can do what God wants you to do?

Bottom Line: I can do what God wants me to do.

Bible Story Focus: I can do brave things. David and Goliath • 1 Samuel 17:1-50

Parent Cue Starting Up Again in 2017

Hey Mom and Dad, 

Hope you had a wonderful Christmas, and you were able to make the most of every moment with your kiddos! We can not wait to see you at the start of the New Year! To let you know we only have 1 service on New Years Day at 10:45am, with full kids ministry available. 

We are looking forward to an exciting year to partner with you to help center your home on Christ. We are kicking off the year talking about knowledge (with elementary) and our need for Jesus (with preschool). 

The Parent Cue Blog is updated weekly with what your child learned on Sunday, you can also find the weekly God Time Cards that we handout on Sunday attached. 

We are praying for you and your family that God may bless your home in 2017 and that your kids can grow in a deeper and stronger faith in Christ!

Toddlers

Basic Truth: Jesus wants to be my friend forever. 

Bottom Line: Jesus is God’s Son.

Bible Words: God has given a Son to us.” Isaiah 9:6, NCV

 

Preschool

Basic Truth: Jesus wants to be my friend forever.

Key Question: Why is Jesus special?

Bottom Line: Jesus is God’s Son.

Memory Verse: “I bring you good news of great joy.” Luke 2:10, NLV

Bible Story Focus:  The angels tell about Jesus.

 Shepherds • Luke 2:6-18

 

School Age

Virtue: Joy- Being happy even when things don't go your way

Memory Verse: “Always be joyful, because you belong to the Lord. I will say it again, Be Joyful" Philippians 4:4,NIrV

Bible Story Focus:  #JOY (Jesus is born) • Luke 2:1-7 (Supporting: Luke 1, Matthew 1:20-21)

Bottom Line: I can have Joy because God sent His son. 

Basic Truth: I can trust God no matter what
