About the Role

The mission of Plum Creek Christian Church is a vibrant church of over 500 people. Our mission is leading people to a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. We are seeking to hire an Associate Minister of Outreach and Operations.

The Minister of Outreach and Operations reports to the Senior Minister and works closely with elders, ministry staff, and volunteers. This person will support the mission of the church by developing teams that will reach outside the church to share the love of Jesus with our local community and beyond. This person will also make sure the ministries and day-to-day operations of Plum Creek Christian Church run smoothly.

In this position, no two days will look exactly the same, so we’re looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, and energized by helping people and systems work well together.
